QWinFF is a GUI for FFmpeg, a powerful command-line media converter.FFmpeg can read audio and video files in various formats and convert them into other formats. QWinFF provides an intuitive graphical interface and a rich set of presets to help you use ffmpeg easily without having to type a single command. FFmpeg 2.8.17 'Feynman' 2.8.17 was released on 2020-07-07. It is the latest stable FFmpeg release from the 2.8 release branch, which was cut from master on 2015-09-05. Amongst lots of other changes, it includes all changes from ffmpeg-mt, libav master of 2015-08-28, libav 11 as of 2015-08-28. It includes the following library versions. Extract Axiom.FFmpeg.7z to a location of your choice. Run Axiom.exe or create a shortcut on the Desktop. It will automatically detect ffmpeg.exe and ffprobe.exe in the included ffmpeg folder. If you move the ffmpeg folder, set the Windows Environment Variable or specify a path in the Axiom Settings Tab. FFmpeg (any version should work) SoX (tested only with this version) All these packages (dynamic libs and executables) need to be in LIBPATH and in PATH statements of the OS/2 or eCS CONFIG.SYS file. It is possible then to put a “shadow“ (similar to a link for unix systems) on the desktop or where the user desires.
