Ks Drivers License Eye Test

DMV Cheat Sheet - Time Saver

Passing the Kansas written exam has never been easier. It's like having the answers before you take the test.

For a restricted driver's license, the minimum requirement is 20/80 vision in at least one eye. The vision test for a Kentucky driver's license also includes a visual field requirement of 35 degrees to the right and left of fixation, and 25 degrees above and below fixation. If you have recently had your vision corrected surgically to 20/40 or better and are fully healed, you will need to have the Corrective Lenses restriction removed from your driver’s license. Please have your eye doctor complete the form and fax it to (785) 296-5857 for processing. Click here for the form to take to your eye doctor.
